Cancellations and Request for refunds accepted in writing and must be post marked no later than October 13, 2010 or received by email no later than 5:00 PM on Monday, October 18, 2010

 No refunds are granted after 5:00 PM on Monday, October 18, 2010.  Once meal service is ordered on October 18 - no refunds are granted. 

All refunds subject to 50% Administration Processing Fee. 

Refunds are processed and mailed after the reunion.  No exceptions.
